You're marrying inside a living plant studio, so the greenery, the art, and the warmth come with the keys. Your decorating budget gets to relax.
Stem & Vine is a Black-owned space on Charles Street where the plants are organized by the regions their roots trace to. Come walk it in the morning before you decide anything. For a wedding, that means photographs with depth, guests who have something to wander through, and a story your night gets to sit inside.
Ceremonies of up to 30 fit the skylit courtyard. Receptions up to 75 fill the Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery, and a full buyout opens all three spaces to 120 guests with flat day rates published up front.

How many wedding guests can Stem & Vine hold?
A full buyout holds up to 120 guests, a number confirmed on our certificate. Smaller celebrations fit the Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery at up to 75 or the Courtyard + Greenhouse at up to 30.
Can we hold the ceremony and reception in different spaces?
Yes. Hold the ceremony in the courtyard, then open the Gallery for the reception. A full buyout gives you all three spaces so the night flows room to room.
What does the bar look like at a wedding?
You pick one of three hosted packages. Signature at $25 per guest covers beer, red, white, and sparkling wine, signature cocktails, and zero-proof options. Reserve at $45 per guest is a full open bar. Client Select Premium from $55 per guest sources specific brands you request. Details live on the pricing page.
How do we hold a wedding date?
Sign and pay the deposit, 30 percent or $100, whichever is greater, and the date is yours. The balance splits into two equal payments, with the last one due 15 days before the event.
