A full buyout of Stem & Vine is a party venue for 100 people in downtown Baltimore: all three of our spaces, exclusively yours, for 6 consecutive hours, with 120-guest capacity confirmed on our certificate.
A hundred guests is usually where a party starts rationing: one bar with a line, one room with a squeeze, one playlist fighting the conversation. The buyout answers all three at once. Yours spreads across the courtyard, the greenhouse lounge, and the gallery wing, and each crowd finds the room that suits its volume.
The window runs 6 consecutive hours, starting as early as 11am and ending by 10pm, with setup and breakdown inside it. Running later? That's on the menu too: time after 10pm bills at $300 per hour with a hard stop at midnight.

Three rooms, one party, no bottleneck
The courtyard takes arrivals and the first hour of noise under the string lights. The gallery wing holds the dance floor, with the Botany Bar pouring steps from it. And the greenhouse lounge collects the aunties, the long talkers, and anyone whose feet gave out first.
Because the spaces connect through the building's central hallway, guests drift between rooms all night without your party losing its shape. Caterers set their service line out of the flow, and the music, DJ or live band, is yours to bring.

Two bars, two bartenders, one happy crowd
Parties of 76 to 120 pour from both bars with two bartenders on. Hosted packages start at $25 per guest for beer, wine, signature cocktails, and zero-proof, and every option is published in full.
Prefer a cash bar? The minimum is $1,000 Sunday through Wednesday, $1,500 Thursday or Friday, and $1,750 on Saturday, and every drink sold counts toward it, alcoholic or not. For 100 guests, that lands near one drink a person.

Can Stem & Vine really hold 100 people?
A full buyout of Stem & Vine holds 100 guests with room to spare, because capacity for 120 is confirmed on our certificate. Guest lists between 30 and 75 fit the Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery without a buyout.
How much does a full buyout cost?
A full buyout runs $1,800 Sunday through Wednesday, $2,200 Thursday or Friday, and $2,400 Saturday, for 6 consecutive hours. Additional hours are $250, time after 10pm is $300 per hour to a midnight stop, and every number lives on the pricing page.
How does the deposit on a buyout work?
The deposit is 30% or $100, whichever is greater, and the date is held when you sign and pay. The remaining balance splits into two equal payments, the final one 15 days before the event.
Does a full buyout include the whole building?
A full buyout gives you all three of our spaces, exclusively yours. The central hallway with the restrooms stays public, and the Book Store fronting the street is a separate business.
