The Stem Room
A focused room for workshops, tastings, strategy sessions, and small classes, with the rest of the shop humming just outside the door.
The Stem Room seats 18 and books by the hour with a 2-hour minimum. There's no bar in the room, which keeps it priced for daytime work, and you can add it to any other rental for a flat $150 when you need a breakout space. See the full meeting space breakdown.

Courtyard + Greenhouse
The middle of downtown Baltimore, with nothing overhead but sky. A glowing greenhouse, a garden courtyard, and an entrance all its own.
The courtyard runs the full width of the building, and the bar out here pours for your guests alone. Golden hour does most of the decorating, which is why celebrations in the courtyard photograph the way they do.
- $195 per hour Sunday through Wednesday, $225 Thursday through Saturday

The Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery
The heart of the shop, all yours: the plant-filled Garden, the Botany Bar, and the Gallery.
For birthdays, launches, and receptions up to 75 guests, you get all of it: plants organized by region of origin, original art on the walls, and the Botany Bar staffed with our own bartenders.
- $325 per hour Sunday through Wednesday, $375 Thursday through Saturday
- 3-hour minimum, includes the Botany Bar
- Refundable $200 incidental hold applies

The Full Buyout
All three of our spaces, exclusively yours. One address, one bar team, and a guest list that can run to 120.
Six consecutive hours, starting as early as 11am and ending by 10pm, with setup and breakdown inside the window. Capacity for 120 is confirmed on our certificate, and the flat day rates are published on the pricing page, so you can run the numbers before you call.
- $1,800 flat Sunday through Wednesday
- $2,200 Thursday and Friday, $2,400 Saturday
- Additional hours $250, until 10pm

Can two events run at the same time?
Yes. The building has two wings off a central hallway, and the courtyard has its own entrance. The Courtyard + Greenhouse and the Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery rental each have their own bar, so two events can run at once without crossing paths. You can also see photographs of every room before you visit.
Is setup and breakdown time included in my rental?
Setup and breakdown happen inside the rental window you book. The Stem Room books by the hour with a 2-hour minimum, and the courtyard and the gallery wing each start at 3 hours, so choose a window wide enough to cover setup, your event, and breakdown. Guests ask about arrival first, so we published the street rules and the nearby garages.
What does a full buyout include?
A full buyout gives you all three of our spaces, exclusively yours, for 6 consecutive hours between 11am and 10pm, with capacity for 120 guests confirmed on our certificate.
Which spaces have a bar?
The Courtyard + Greenhouse and the Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery rental each have their own bar. The Stem Room has no bar in the room, and you can add the Stem Room to any other rental for a flat $150. Every booking with bar access picks one of the three bar packages or the cash bar minimum.
