Disclaimer
The site is an introduction, not a promise. The lines below mark where it stops. Last updated October 18, 2026.
What this site is
This is an introduction to Stem & Vine: the shop, the bar and the rooms you can rent. It is general information, it is not a contract, and it is not professional advice of any kind.
Rates and the event cost calculator
The rates on the pricing page are published in full. They can change, and the price that binds either of us is the one in your proposal and signed agreement. The event cost calculator builds an estimate from those same rates. It is not a quote. Your proposal puts the final numbers in writing, including anything we adjust for your date.
Booking an event
Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date. A date is held when the rental agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Plant guides
Our plant guides share what we know about each plant and where it comes from. Light, water, your home and your habits all change how a plant does, so treat a guide as a good starting point, not a promise that your plant will thrive.
Alcohol
Bar service is for guests 21 and over with valid ID. Information about drinks, tastings or pairings on this site is not medical advice. Please drink responsibly.
Reviews
The reviews you see here are Google reviews from our guests, in their own words. They describe one person's visit, and yours may be different.
Other sites and tools
We use and link to outside services, such as HoneyBook for proposals, Eventbrite for tickets and Square for our newsletter list and point of sale. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate, but we cannot promise every page is complete or free of mistakes. If something looks off, tell us through the contact page or call (410) 429-7095. Voicemail is checked during shop hours.
