Three rooms at one address, sized so you pay for the space your headcount needs and nothing more.
The Stem Room seats 18 for strategy sessions and trainings, priced by the hour with no bar in the room. The Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery takes receptions up to 75 with our bar pouring. For up to 120 guests, a full buyout makes all three of our spaces exclusively yours. And because two of the rooms have their own bar, your breakout session and your happy hour can run at the same time.

Can we run a meeting and a reception on the same day?
Yes. Two wings run off the central hallway, two of the three spaces pour from their own bar, and two events can run at once. Corporate hosts often book the Stem Room for the working session, then move to the Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery when the laptops close.
Do you have a room for a small offsite or workshop?
The Stem Room seats 18 and books by the hour with a 2-hour minimum: $125 per hour Sunday through Wednesday and $150 per hour Thursday through Saturday. Setup and breakdown are included in your window, and you can add it to a larger rental for a flat $150.
What does the bar cost for a corporate event?
Hosted packages start at $25 per guest for Signature, with Reserve at $45 for a full open bar and Client Select Premium from $55. Package prices cover the first 4 hours, and an 18 percent service charge applies to your rental and your bar, with Maryland tax at 9 percent on alcohol and 6 percent on everything else. How does payment work?
You sign and pay a deposit of 30 percent or $100, whichever is greater, to hold the date. The remaining balance splits into two equal payments on auto-pay, the final one due 15 days before the event, so approvals happen once and the numbers never move.
