Using this site

This website belongs to Stem & Vine, 326 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD 21201. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, the door out is the same one you came in.

What this site is for

The site describes our shop, bar, and event spaces, publishes our rates, and lets you send us an event inquiry or book a tour. It is an introduction, not a contract.

Bookings happen on paper

Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date. A date is reserved when a rental agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, and every event is governed by the signed agreements between you and Stem & Vine, which cover payment, cancellation, date changes, and house rules in full. Where anything on this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.

Pricing

The rates published on the pricing page are current as of their last update and can change. The price that binds either of us is the one in your proposal and agreement.

Alcohol

Bar service is for guests 21 and over with valid ID, and all alcohol served at Stem & Vine is served by our staff under our license. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Our content

The photos, words, and design on this site are ours or used with permission. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not republish our content as your own.

Third-party links

We link out to services we use, such as Eventbrite for tickets and HoneyBook for proposals. Those sites have their own terms, and what happens there is governed by them.

No guarantees about the website

We keep this site accurate and working, and we fix what breaks. Still, it is provided as is: we cannot promise it will never be down, and we are not liable for losses that come from relying on it in place of a signed agreement or a direct conversation with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
