Stem & Vine is a party venue in Baltimore that holds everything from a dozen close friends around one table to 120 guests filling all three rooms.
The atmosphere is already living on the walls when you arrive: plants organized by the regions they come from, original art that changes with the artists we show, and a bar pouring Black-owned and women-owned makers. What's missing is your people.
Hosting 30 or fewer? The Courtyard + Greenhouse keeps a night that size all to itself. Bringing 100? The full buyout hands you all three of our spaces. Three rooms at one Charles Street address, so the space matches the party you're throwing.
The Stem Room seats 18 for intimate dinners and creative parties. The Courtyard + Greenhouse puts 30 guests under the sky in the middle of downtown. The Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery takes celebrations up to 75 with our bar pouring, and a full buyout gives you all three of our spaces, exclusively yours, for up to 120.

How you hold a date
Every booking runs on the same terms, and you'll know them all before you sign anything.
Sign and pay
The deposit is 30 percent or $100, whichever is greater, and it's non-refundable. Until you've signed and paid, the date stays open.
Pay in three
Deposit now, then two equal payments on auto-pay with a card on file, the final one 15 days before your event.
Bring your people
A DJ or a live band never costs you a vendor fee. Other outside vendors are $250, and we waive it for anyone on our preferred list.
What does it take to hold my date?
You sign and pay a deposit of 30 percent or $100, whichever is greater. A signature alone holds nothing. The remaining balance splits into two equal payments on auto-pay, the final one due 15 days before your event.
Can I bring in my own vendors?
Outside vendors are welcome with a $250 fee. The bar stays ours: every booking with bar access picks a hosted package or the cash bar minimum.
How late can my party run?
Standard windows end by 10pm. You can run later any day of the week, and time after 10pm bills at your space hourly rate plus $50, with a hard stop at midnight.
Where do my guests park?
Street parking on Charles is paid except Sundays, and four overflow lots sit nearby. The location and parking page has every address and how unloading works.
