Privacy Policy
Plain answers about what this website collects and where it goes. Last updated August 30, 2026.
Who we are
Stem & Vine is a plant shop, bar, and event space at 326 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD 21201. This policy covers stemandvinebaltimore.com. Questions about it go to (410) 429-7095 or the contact page.
What we collect, and why
Event inquiries. When you send an inquiry through our form, we receive the details you type: your name, email, phone number, your event date, guest count, and your message. We use them to answer you and to plan your event, and for nothing else.
Newsletter signups. If you check the newsletter box or join our list, your email address is added to our mailing list so we can tell you about events, workshops, and new arrivals. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
Site usage. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they found us, so we can make the site more useful. This data reaches us in aggregate, as page counts rather than as individual visitors.
The services that handle your information
We are a small business, so we use established tools instead of building our own. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:
- HoneyBook manages our event bookings. Inquiry details go there so proposals, agreements, and invoices live in one place. Payments made through HoneyBook are processed by HoneyBook, and your card details never touch our website.
- Netlify hosts this website and keeps a backup copy of form submissions so an inquiry cannot be lost in transit.
- Resend delivers our transactional email, such as the confirmation you receive after sending an inquiry.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission came from a person and not a bot. It does this without showing you a puzzle.
- Square runs our newsletter list and our in-store point of sale. If you buy something at the shop, that purchase is handled under Square's own privacy policy.
- Eventbrite handles ticketing for our events. When you buy a ticket, you are on Eventbrite and their privacy policy applies.
- Google Analytics and Meta tools measure site traffic and how well our posts and ads bring people in.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information. To anyone, for anything.
- Marketing email only goes to people who signed up for it.
- We do not collect payment card details on this website.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our bar service is for guests 21 and over.
Cookies and consent
The analytics tools above use cookies to tell one visit from another. Where the law where you live requires consent before those cookies are set, we ask for it before setting them. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser at any time and the site will keep working.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach out through the contact page or call the shop and we will handle it. Unsubscribing from the newsletter takes one click at the bottom of any email.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We keep this policy current with the tools we actually use.
