Stem & Vine is a plant shop, a bar and a gallery at 326 N Charles St in downtown Baltimore. Paint and sip nights are planned for the gallery and the plant-filled rooms around it.
Original work hangs in the Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery, and the Botany Bar pours wine, beer, cocktails and zero-proof drinks from Black-owned and women-owned makers. The wines and spirits are shelved by region, the same way the plants are.
The shop and the bar are open to browse during shop hours, and a tour by appointment walks you through the event rooms. Hours and parking are on the location and parking page, and the events calendar shows what's on in the meantime.

A group can book a room at Stem & Vine and bring its own paint and sip host, without waiting on the waitlist.

Rates are for Sunday through Wednesday, before the 18% service charge and Maryland tax. Thursday through Saturday costs more, setup and breakdown fit inside your rental window, and the Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery carries a $200 refundable incidental.
The Courtyard + Greenhouse and the Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery each pour from their own bar. Hosted packages start at $25 a guest for Signature and $45 for Reserve, a full open bar, for groups of 10 or more, and a cash bar works against a beverage minimum.
