The Courtyard + Greenhouse is a small party venue in downtown Baltimore for up to 30 guests, with its own bar and its own entrance, from $195 per hour with a 3-hour minimum.
Twenty friends for a birthday. A shower for the cousin everybody loves. An engagement dinner that deserves better than a restaurant's back corner. That's the size most celebrations really are, and this is the room those nights were waiting on.
Because the space has its own hallway entrance, your party arrives to itself, not through somebody else's evening. And the rate math is friendly on purpose: Sunday through Wednesday it drops to $195 per hour, published like every other number we charge.

The Courtyard
Brick underfoot, the blue mural overhead, string lights when the evening settles. This is where the music lives, the toasts land, and the photographs take themselves.

The glass-walled lounge tucked under the stairs: leather poufs, woven ottomans, softer light. Where the long conversations drift when the dance floor gets loud.

One bar, three easy ways to run it
Every booking with bar access picks one beverage option. A cash bar lets guests buy their own; parties of 21 to 40 commit to a $500 minimum, and everything the bar sells counts toward it, coffee included. Hosted packages run from $25 per guest, beer and wine through signature cocktails and zero-proof pours, and the full menu of options is published.
Our bartender runs the room's own bar: wine and spirits from Black-owned and women-owned makers, the same program the Botany Bar pours every week.

Thirty becomes 75 without changing the address
Guest lists have a way of growing between the idea and the invitation. If yours outgrows 30, the Botany Bar, Garden and Gallery takes parties up to 75 in the other wing, and a full buyout holds 120 across all three of our spaces, exclusively yours.
Same address, same plants, same bar program. Just more room for the people you couldn't leave off the list.
