Meet the Stem & Vine Team
The people behind the plants, the pours, the art on the walls, and the events at 326 N Charles St.
Seven People, and Four of Them Run Businesses of Their Own
Tiffany designs events, Brittany blends teas and teaches herbalism, Allison keeps small businesses organized, and Willis builds websites. They all bring that work home to Stem & Vine.
Quincy Goldsmith
Quincy started Stem & Vine to give community, culture, and wellness one roof in downtown Baltimore. To him, hospitality comes down to connection, the kind you feel in a well-planned event, a good cocktail, and a room that's started to feel like home by the time you go.
He's a metallurgical engineer, so the STEM in Stem & Vine means exactly what it says. Wherever he traveled, the plants were what he noticed first, and he saw that most houseplants come from tropical regions where Black and Brown communities have deep roots. That's why the shop arranges its plants by where they come from: Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Australia.
Getting from that idea to a storefront in the historic Browns Arcade took three years of work. The bar centers Black-owned and women-owned makers, and most of the art on the walls is by women of color. Quincy is also a trustee of the Baltimore Museum of Industry, and if you'd like to hear him talk wine and community, he did just that on the Swirl Suite podcast.

Kendrea Clark
Kendrea brings warmth, creativity, and a thoughtful eye to the Stem & Vine experience. With a background in healthcare, education, training, event management, and customer engagement, she has a natural connection to both the plant side and the hospitality side of the brand.
She's drawn to the details that shape how people experience a space, from the flow of an event to the way guests are welcomed, engaged, and cared for. Whether she's supporting programming, refining the brand, or helping bring an idea to life, Kendrea works with intention and a real love for creating meaningful experiences.
For her, Stem & Vine is a place where people can gather, discover something new, and feel at home.

This is not a plant shop. This is a whole lot more than that. I want this to be a cultural community center and hub for downtown Baltimore.
Tiffany Moody
Tiffany is Stem & Vine's Events Director. She's known for her eye for detail and her creative event production, and she's worked on major Baltimore gatherings, Diner en Blanc among them.
TEOS Event Design
Tiffany founded TEOS Event Design, which plans and designs corporate events, social gatherings, and celebrations, from the decor and the ambiance to managing the day itself. Twenty years of local event experience stand behind it.

A plant shop, a bar, and a gallery, looked after by people who build things of their own.
Tiffany, Brittany, and Allison each founded the business they run.
Dominique Da'Shay
Dominique oversees bar staffing and beverage service for Stem & Vine's events. Her team of experienced bartenders works celebrations here on Charles Street and wherever the mobile bar goes.

Brittany Williams
Brittany teaches the botanical mixology and herbal wellness workshops at Stem & Vine, our cocktail making class among them, and you can take it with or without spirits.
She's an educational and clinical herbalist with more than two decades of practice. In her workshops you do more than learn about a plant: you prepare the herbs yourself and leave knowing how to use them in teas, tinctures, botanical drinks, and simple body care.
She pairs traditional herbal knowledge with contemporary, research-informed approaches and keeps the whole thing approachable. In her view, herbal wellness doesn't have to feel complicated, and small, informed choices have a way of becoming everyday habits.
Eudemonia Herbs
She founded Eudemonia Herbs in Baltimore in December 2020. It blends custom teas and runs hands-on workshops, demonstrations, consultations, and community programs. The name is said you-duh-MO-nee-uh, and it means flourishing.

Allison Chavis
Allison is the creative back end of Stem & Vine. She manages the website and the inquiries, coordinates the social feeds, and handles the daily operations that keep the place moving.
Noted.
She founded Noted., a Baltimore studio that supports small businesses with virtual assistance, website design and management, content writing, strategy and branding, booking software, graphic design, and social media.

Willis Aybar
Willis launched the Stem & Vine website redesign, and he makes sure the great people of Baltimore can find it.
Before he did marketing for anyone else, he ran his own Baltimore event venue, Studio 87, and grew it mostly through search to more than 380 bookings and 250 five-star reviews. He learned what turns a visitor into an inquiry with his own money on the line, and he builds every Stem & Vine page around the same question: does it help you book?
Another Monday
He founded Another Monday in Baltimore to build custom websites for local businesses and run their SEO and advertising alongside them, so all three work as one system. It's a Squarespace Circle Gold partner and a Google Partner.
